In order to add a new account, open the 'VM Rover Preferences' window by selecting 'Preferences' from the system tray menu. When you first open the preferences window you should see 'Manage Accounts' in the right hand frame, if not click on 'Accounts' in the left frame.
Add a New Account
To add a new account: Select a service for your new account, Enter the telephone number for this account and then Click the 'Add Account' button. If you do not know how the number should be formated (i.e. usage of spaces or '(' and ')'), try entering digits only. You should now see the number for the new account appear under 'Accounts' in the left frame as well as in the 'Account List' in the right frame.
Delete an Account
To delete an account: Select one or more accounts from the 'Account List', and click the 'Delete Account' button. The account(s) which you selected, should no longer appear under 'Accounts' in the left frame or in the 'Account List' box in the right frame.
